All services are provided under the supervision of a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services from Graceful Glow Health & Wellness. By scheduling or receiving services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements determined at the time of consultation.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at the time of booking. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable unless a service is cancelled by Graceful Glow Health & Wellness. All prices are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information. You understand that treatment decisions are made based on the information you provide. Withholding or misrepresenting medical information may result in harm and releases Graceful Glow Health & Wellness from liability arising from such omissions. All patients must sign appropriate consent forms prior to receiving treatment.
Results from our services vary by individual. Graceful Glow Health & Wellness makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding specific outcomes. Testimonials on our website represent individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
Telehealth services are provided in compliance with applicable Florida state law. By participating in telehealth consultations, you consent to the use of electronic communication for healthcare services.
